At INDOCRAFTS ARMOURY, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality handcrafted armour, helmets, gauntlets, and metalwork. Since many of our products are handmade and may also be custom-produced, please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
- Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Wholesale or bulk orders (unless agreed otherwise)
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products altered after delivery
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in finish, texture, color, or dimensions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Mention the reason for the return.
- Attach photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Please do not ship products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
If the return is due to:
Customer preference / change of mind:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- We may cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement, subject to review.
- International return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in certain cases, including:

- Manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement products will be shipped after the original item is received and verified (where applicable).

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Include your order number.
After review, we may offer the following:

- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Claims made after the stated period may not be accepted.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
If the order has not been shipped:
- A full refund may be issued (subject to payment gateway deductions, if any).
- Custom-made or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
